What data we process
- your name, phone number and e-mail that you enter in the booking or request form;
- information about your car (make, model, year, registration number or VIN), if you provide it;
- order details (products, amount, collection method).
Why
To answer your booking or request, agree a service time, order the parts you need and meet accounting requirements. The legal basis is entering into and performing a contract or your request, and compliance with legal obligations.
How long we keep it
Bookings and requests are kept as long as needed to communicate, but no longer than 12 months. Order and accounting data are kept for the period required by law.
Who else sees the data
The website is run by SIA SiteLab, which stores the data on our behalf as a processor. We do not sell data or pass it to third parties for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, or object to processing, by contacting us. If you believe your rights have been breached, you can contact the Data State Inspectorate (www.dvi.gov.lv).
