2. Reservation and order
In the online shop you can add products to the cart and reserve them. Nothing is charged online when you reserve. After your reservation we check availability and contact you to arrange collection. The contract is concluded when the product is paid for.
If a product has no price shown, you can send a price request. We will tell you the price and availability by phone or e-mail.
3. Prices
All prices are in euro and include 21% VAT. If a product is unavailable or its price has changed, we will tell you before payment and you may cancel the purchase.
4. Payment and collection
Products are collected at our shop at Edinburgas prospekts 15A, Jūrmala, on weekdays from 9:00 to 17:00, after we have told you the order is ready. You pay on collection by payment card or phone. By arrangement, we can fit the product in our workshop.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days under the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law and the Cabinet regulations on distance contracts. Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products fitted to the car at the consumer's request, or to products that cannot be returned once opened for health protection or hygiene reasons.
6. Complaints
If a product does not conform to the contract, call us or come to the shop. We handle complaints as required by law. Disputes are settled by negotiation; if no agreement is reached, the consumer may contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (www.ptac.gov.lv).
